Payment and Delivery Information


- Any dispute or claim arising from or related to this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website or using it.

- When making a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to provide will be submitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.

- The cardholder must keep a record of transaction details, merchant policies, and rules.

- We accept online payments using credit and debit cards from Visa and MasterCard in Saudi Riyals.


Shipping, Delivery, and Receipt

- Due to the current orders pressure, the shipping duration will be from 10 to 14 working days

- We are committed to providing a delivery service that meets your expectations. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide an accurate address to ensure the prompt delivery of your order. The address should include the building or villa or apartment number, street name, city, as well as a phone number and the name of the recipient. Before placing your order, ensure that you are fully aware of the product specifications and agree to the terms of use of the website.

- We ship orders through the "Home Delivery" service daily, except on Fridays, official holidays, and special occasions, delivering them within 7 to 10 business days from the order confirmation date. "Home Delivery" is generally a "door-to-door" service, but we apologize for not being able to offer this service in some cases due to delivery service limitations in remote areas or unclear addresses.



Delivery Fees


- If the total order is less than 200 SAR, a delivery fee of 17 will apply, depending on the active offer.

- If the total order exceeds 200 SAR, the customer will be exempt from delivery fees, depending on the active offer.

- For international shipments outside Saudi Arabia, the shipping period depends on the international procedures of each country. You can track your shipment using the shipment number sent to you via text message or email. Some taxes may apply to international shipments, and the customer may be responsible for them. We are not responsible for any damage or return of the shipment by customs.



Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations


- We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, you can contact customer service to cancel the order, and we will do our best to cancel it, provided that the order has not been processed yet. If the order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. For more details on returns, you can refer to the Returns section.

- You can always contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you. For cash on delivery orders, if the customer repeatedly cancels the order or fails to collect it from the delivery company without reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the cash-on-delivery option for that customer.

- braq's policy allows you to return the product within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Please refer to the Returns Policy page for more information. The amount will be refunded to the same source from which the payment was made.


Returns


- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you can return it at no additional cost.

- If you wish to return the product for any other reason, a return shipping fee of (25 SAR) will apply, and we will be happy to process your request within 15 days of receiving the product.

- Products to be returned must not have been used or have removed **Ibraq** labels or tags, if any. The product must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept returns if the original box or packaging has been opened or tampered with. After receiving and inspecting the product, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fees.

- Returns may not be accepted if the products are damaged or soiled. After inspecting the returns and approving them, the paid amount will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the order to the online store address. **Please note that delivery and payment fees are non-refundable.**

- Oils and incense are excluded from the return and exchange policy.

-Refunds will be processed within 14 business days according to the payment method policy, or upon confirmation of bank account details.


Exchanges


- You can exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and has not been used. The product must be in its original packaging, along with the original invoice.

- If the product has a manufacturing defect, it can be exchanged even if opened.

- After receiving the returned product and inspecting it, you may exchange it for another product of the same value or a higher value. If the product is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference at the time of exchange, along with a shipping fee of (25 SAR).

- If you received a different or defective product, please take a picture of the product and send it to customer service or contact customer service via the provided communication channels.
